What is EPA's 2020 Initiative? EPA's 2020 initiative is that all facilities requiring RCRA Corrective Action will have largely completed the work of implementing final remedies by the year 2020. Are you ready?
About this Course: This unique course provides a full day of RCRA Corrective Action training with a focus on RCRA Reforms, the post-reforms RCRA Corrective Action Program, and meeting the goals of EPA's 2020 initiative. Each participant will receive a detailed course notebook, including an extensive compilation of guidance. Complimentary continental breakfast will be available, and lunch will be provided during the training by TestAmerica. In addition, course attendees are invited to join us for complimentary appetizers and drinks following the training.
Who Should Attend? This course is an excellent training opportunity for environmental professionals and environmental attorneys representing:
- RCRA permitted/interim status facilities
- RCRA facilities with post-closure permits
- Industrial manufacturing facilities that previously filed a Part A RCRA permit application and didn't follow through on permitted activities
- Facilities that have received EPA Corrective Action Orders
- Facilities considered illegal TSDFs
- Ohio VAP facilities with RCRA Corrective Action obligations
- Facilities at which a RCRA Facility Assessment (RFA) has been conducted
- Facilities in the 2020 Universe or subject to RCRA Corrective Action
- Facilities conducting RCRA closure.
