Accordingly, we strive to reduce costs, where possible, through careful project design and efficient implementation, while maintaining the quality of the service we provide.

To provide the most cost-effective environmental consulting services to our customers, Cox-Colvin & Associates uses a unique task-based fee structure. With this fee structure, Cox-Colvin & Associates staff bill at a level compensatory to the activity being conducted and his or her level of experience. Our task-based fee structure serves our customers in the following ways:

Allows for the involvement of senior-level experience to every facet of the project.

Provides a consistent customer contact through all phases of the work.

Assures continuity and reduced loss of information.

Assures a solution-oriented thought process from the beginning to the end.

Reduces overhead, which is reflected in reduced costs to customers.
We welcome requests for non-fee schedule based projects such as lump sum, cost plus fixed fees, and other mutually beneficial billing arrangements. We are also available on a retainer basis, in essence, as an extension of each customer's staff.
