To assist our clients and friends of the firm in one of our more complicated areas of expertise, Cox-Colvin & Associates publishes and distributes, several times a year, the RCRA Corrective Action Newsletter. In addition, we also periodically publish and distibute the Green & Sustainable Remediation Bulletin.
The RCRA Corrective Action Newsletter covers new developments in the RCRA Corrective Action program, summarizes any newly released guidance and regulations, and provides real-world Corrective Action strategies. Designed for use by the regulated community, the newsletter examines Corrective Action issues and strategies from the perspective of industry. For over five years, it has been a staple for those involved with RCRA Corrective Action and related environmental programs.
The Green & Sustainable Remediation Bulletin presents and discusses important topics related to the green and sustainable remediation initiative. The initiative promotes a philosophy and approach that is meant to increase the environmental, social and economic benefits throughout all phases of a cleanup project. Information presented in the bulletin will help promote educational awareness for the regulated community, to further the evolution and acceptance of this initiative.
